About Catherine

Catherine was introduced to and mentored about the healing arts by her grandmother, a Greek refugee, who was a renowned healer, midwife and soothsayer.

Catherine studied Western herbal medicine and joined the National Herbalist Association of Australia in 2000. She studied Ayurveda in India, that included treatments and Ayurvedic massage. She’s a yoga and meditation teacher and uses yoga therapies such as pranayama and meditation in her healing programs. She also uses energy healing methods such as crystal wands and energy psychotherapy, taught to her by great masters in Australia, India and Tibet.

Catherine has taken her knowledge and used it to develop comprehensive healing programs based on Ancient Greek principles that take place in intense energy locations.

Besides healing, Catherine’s passion is teaching. She loves sharing her knowledge in a simple and caring way in order to guide and empower people to be their own healer.
