Gretchen Pitt is a trainer, coach, speaker and author. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with majors in psychology and history, and is a certified Scrum professional who’s worked in the software development industry for over ten years utilising the Agile methodology.
Gretchen enjoys working with others to deliver results. She’s had significant weight loss success with the low carbohydrate, high fat (LCHF) meal plan that she incorporated into her exercise and mindfulness techniques and enjoys sharing her knowledge with others to help them regain and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
