Heather McAlpine is a couples and family therapist, consultant and counselling supervisor. She’s also an international speaker and presenter, was awarded the Winston Churchill Fellowship, has taught postgraduate and undergraduate students and was Clinical Coordinator for Relationships Australia.
Throughout her over thirty-year career in counselling couples, Heather has enabled people to unleash their potential, so they can have fulfilling, vibrant and long-lasting relationships. She and her husband John are chair and trainer couple for Better Marriages Australia and run Couple Getaways.
Building on the theme of forgiveness, Heather has developed ‘The Power of Apology’, a popular two-day seminar that enables participants to enjoy the present by healing their past.
In her spare time, Heather enjoys long-distance cycling sustained by dark chocolate!
