Due to her wealth of business experience in sales and general management from her previous career in aviation, Ilona has a highly enthusiastic and down-to-earth approach with her clients in communication and leadership trainings, personal coaching and intercultural advice. Ilona is a true cosmopolitan, having lived in Austria, China and Australia and is fluent in German, English and Mandarin.
